Our history
About BRUNA The Label
BRUNA owes its existence to an accidental discovery on the South Sea island of Tahiti. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to creating unique, responsible jewelry, drawing inspiration from the beauty and diversity of nature.
The BRUNA story began when our founder discovered rare Keshi beads at a market while traveling through French Polynesia. These unique, natural pearls are given little importance as a by-product of pearl farming striving for perfection. Disposing of something of such purity and beauty as waste seemed just plain wrong.
A small handful of beads and a great deal of inspiration later, BRUNA was born as the answer to the endless search for exceptional and durable jewelry with responsibility.

Our lifeblood, our very personal passion, is in every piece of jewelry, from the first design to the production by hand, to ultimately become a part of you. We work closely with experienced goldsmiths and use the highest quality materials to create our jewelry — precious metals, genuine gemstones and ethically sourced pearls.
We believe that quality, design and craftsmanship can be affordable. BRUNA is built on the belief in fairness, responsibility and manufacturing under ethical principles. We would also like to make a contribution with our work and, as a member of the organization 1% for the Planet, we have committed ourselves to donating one percent of BRUNA sales to environmental organizations to protect our mother nature.
Jewelry bears responsibility. This is BRUNA.
Responsibility & Ethics
For us, dealing responsibly with nature is not a quick trend, but a matter of course and one of our most important cornerstones. We firmly believe that creating quality jewelry should never come at the expense of the people who produce it or harm the earth we call home. That is why we are actively committed to a conscious lifestyle and ethical consumption.
